My Journey to Honor Your Essence

Honor Your Essence began as a simple blog in 2015—born from a period of personal healing. After enduring a difficult childhood and later finding myself in a toxic environment as an adult, I sought peace through meditation. That journey led me to deeper self-connection, self-awareness, and healing. When I ended that chapter of my life, I turned to writing. My blog became both a personal journal and a space where I shared my journey, hoping to inspire other women.

At the time, I was also giving private intuitive and tarot readings—something I had done for years. Women who read my blog started reaching out, asking for guidance, support, and coaching. I realized then that I had a deeper calling beyond readings—I wanted to help women align with their highest self, build confidence, and step into their power. That moment of realization set me on the path to becoming a certified transformation coach.

In 2017, I became a Certified Transformation Coach, knowing my mission was to help women break through limitations, step into self-mastery, and transform their lives unapologetically. My journey led me to energetic alignment, intuitive development, and high-level personal transformation.
