You may or may not know this but, You should know, you are absolutely divine! You may not realize it, but you are so intricately connected to divinity. and that my friend, makes you powerful!
You have the power within you to make incredible and wonderful changes in your life and manifest the life of your dreams.
The first step to doing that is to re-train your brain. I know, it sounds difficult and like a task all too big. and I am not saying it will be easy, but trust me, it will be worth it! and yes, YOU CAN DO IT! with some minor adjustments you can make these amazing shifts that will allow you to create a life of joy and fulfillment. however, I will put out this small disclaimer, this will not happen overnight, but with steady, consistent work. I will ask you to do the work and TRUST THE PROCESS.
Often times we have a goal in mind we’d like to accomplish or want to embark on some creative endeavor. maybe it’s turning a hobby into a business. We tend to second guess our ability to achieve the goal or we become fearful of taking that leap of faith. yet I will tell you, your success is usually on the other side of that fear and self-doubt. When you tell yourself “I can’t” (insert anything you say I can’t to here) you are affirming that it is true. however, it is also true if you say I CAN.

My Challenge to you
I challenge you to train your brain to be empowered by telling yourself affirmations every day for the next 21 days. yes, 21 days! see, studies have shown that it takes twenty-one days to form a new habit and that’s what we want to do here, create a new habit that will shift how you think and in turn empower you to make a lasting change in your life.
If you are not sure what affirmations are, here is a brief description:

Create a Mindful morning routine. Your morning begins when you open your eyes, even before you get out of bed. What you do at this moment is crucial. Most people get right up or check their phones. Read a text, email, or notifications. This may or may not contain something that can create a negative emotion or thought. (more on the connection between feeling and thoughts later) and this sets the tone for your day. Let’s switch that so we start our morning intentionally creating a joyful, productive, exciting day.
Starting your day with mindful intention is paramount to shifting your mindset. we will call your new morning routine Power Hour. why? Because this is going to literally create a powerful change in your productivity, in your peace, serenity, and life overall.

Power Hour begins before you get out of bed. (morning Power Hour)Set your clock a little earlier than you normally would. Give yourself 20 minutes earlier than your usual wake-up.
Start your morning with mindfulness and intention. Before you sit up or physically get out of bed, keep your eyes closed and be in that moment. You were given another day. Start your morning with gratitude. think of five things you are grateful for at that moment.
After your mental gratitude checklist, say three to five I am affirmations. E.g.,
I am intelligent
I am creating the life I have always desired
I am capable
I am attracting abundant opportunities
Next, set your intention for the day. Before you jump in the shower, try to fit in a quick workout or stretch.
Start journaling, preferably, gratitude journal. When you remain in the attitude of gratitude, you attract more positivity, abundance, and blessings. You will inevitably attract all the right people, situations, and circumstances. a bonus? You will be happier because you can’t be angry and grateful. it just doesn’t work. Start reading books that shift your mindset, e.g.

Create a list of goals you’d like to accomplish. Set a deadline so you have a date to work towards. a goal without a deadline is not a goal. It’s a wish or a desire. Understand your why for the goal(s) understanding your why will help you identify if this goal you set forth is really something you want.
Throughout the day, as often as possible, mentally repeat your affirmations.
Assess your personal interactions and connections. Are the people you’re interacting and connecting with in alignment with the new version of the person you want to become? Are they in alignment with the goals you have set for yourself and the life you want to create?
The company you keep will either hinder or enhance your progress.

Grab a pen and pad or a sheet of paper. create a plan for the next 3-6 months. You can break this down into groups or categories. (sample below)
Personal life
career
health
relationship
Finances
Spirituality
On each category write what you would like to accomplish and break it down. (sample below)
Finances:
Create multiple streams of income/ Increase my net worth (here you write how you intend to do that)
long-term investments, stocks/ Entrepreneurial endeavor
When you break it down in this way, you create an actionable plan. The important thing is to become clear on what you want, how you will accomplish it, and stick to it. Be consistent, and accountable.
Power Hour (evening version) do not skip this one because it has a lot to do with your morning Power Hour.
Before you go to bed, while you’re in the bathroom after your pm shower. Look in the mirror (yes the mirror) say your I AM affirmations, think of everything you are grateful for. say thank you to the universe for all you have, and everything you want. however, when you tell the universe how grateful you are for what you want, be grateful for it in the present tense. Envision yourself having what you want, how it feels, the excitement, the happiness. Because when you feel it, you create the vibration of it already being yours and the universe responds to that vibration.

Set your intentions and goals for the following day. what goals do you want to accomplish? What kind of day would you like to have? Who would you like to connect to? why?
Your evening power hour sets the tone for your morning power hour and puts you in the vibration and habit of retraining your brain to create the life you would like to have. Remember, you have the power within you to manifest all the things you desire. the keys to your dream life are in your pocket. It all starts with you, your mindset.
