In this post, manifest the life you want made easy, I am going to give you some tips I have learned over the years. In my own quest to become a better version of myself, and in studying The Laws of Attraction, The Law of Assumption, Quantum physics and as a life coach.
As a personal development and transformation coach, I have successfully used this method with my clients, and it has been life changing for them.
Before we actually get started, I want to add a little disclaimer:
The changes will not happen overnight. However, it can and will happen quickly. The key is consistency. You have to put this into practice. If you do this for 21 days, I can almost guarantee, you will see a shift. (The changes can happen before the 21 days)

The first thing we are going to do is create a new morning routine that will support the life you want to manifest. I like to call this the morning Power-Hour, this will help shift the mindset to achieve ultimate success and super charge your manifestations, so I don’t recommend skipping it.
Morning Power-Hour:
Set your alarm clock at least 20-30 minutes earlier than your usual wake up time. However, do not get out of your bed just yet and do not touch your phone or check your notifications and/or emails. Just lay there in that moment. Be in the moment and think of 3-5 things and/or people you are grateful for. It can be the fact that you woke up and have the blessing of that day to create, do and be.
Follow that up with three (3) affirmations. While still in bed.
your affirmations should be something like this:
- I am a magnet for miracles.
- I am abundantly blessed.
- I am in the best health I have ever been.
You can use these affirmations or choose some of your own or you can also download my affirmation cards
Now that you have practiced gratitude and said your affirmations, get out of bed, as you shower and get ready to start your day, continue saying your affirmations to yourself. The practice of thankfulness and affirmations when you start your day puts you in the right energetic vibration for the day.
If you have enough time and are able to, I recommend gratitude journaling for about five-minutes. Just list 5-10 things you are grateful for.

Visualization
This is a method I learned and began to incorporate when I began studying the teachings of Neville Goddard, Earl Nightingale, and William Walker Atkinson.
We are going to use The Law of Attraction and The Law of Assumption to turbo-charge this manifestation.
Using visualization and what I call the Life Vision Map which is quite similar to a vision board. However, slightly different.
For the life vision map you’re going to visualize your ideal life in detail and write that life into existence by becoming exceptionally clear about the life you want. When you have that vision, you’re going to write the story of your life as if you’re creating a character. However, you are the character. It is important you write the story as if it has already happened. And as you are writing your Life Vision Map you put yourself in the feeling of already creating that life. Feel the joy, excitement and thrill you would feel if you were currently living your ideal life. You can also include images like a vision board.
Read your life vision map as often as possible and tweak it as often as you like.
Here is an example:
Your Name is a successful/high value marketing consultant with xyz company earning 200K-300K in revenue/income a week/month.
Write your life as you see the vision for it. Be detailed. See yourself having that life, feel the feelings. The secret is in the visualization and feeling. Write about your home, relationship(s), car, travels, business/ career. What did you do to obtain all that you have? What rules do you live by? What are your values? Beliefs? How do you practice self-care?
Actionable Goal Plan:
Now that you have your vision map, and you are in the heightened emotion (feeling) of the life you want to manifest. Create an actionable goal plan. Make a list of 3-5 Goals that will get you closer to the life you desire.
Set a deadline for those goals. As you complete the goals, set a new one.
Evening Power-Hour:
Do not touch your phone 30-45 minutes before going to bed, Put it down for the night. Think of 3-5 things and/or people you are grateful for. How you will make the next day better, I strongly recommend gratitude journaling before bed.
